We are thrilled to announce Tony Brennan as the 2019 Elite Head Coach!
Tony resides in Winchester with his wife, Jennie, and their two sons, Cash and Jett. Professionally, he works as a Sales Executive in Commercial Real Estate technology, bringing more than 12 years of experience in the industry.
Tony’s love for hockey began at the age of eight and grew into an accomplished playing career filled with unforgettable moments—from competing in the Quebec International Peewee Hockey Tournament semifinals to skating in the U16 AAA National Championship Finals. A standout at Winchester High School, Tony played four varsity seasons, earning three Middlesex League All-Star selections, serving as a two-year team captain, and helping lead the program to Division 1 State Championships in 1998 and 2000.
A gifted multi-sport athlete, Tony also excelled in lacrosse, captaining his team as a senior and winning a Division 1 State Championship in 2000, followed by a New England Division 1 Championship at Deerfield Academy in 2002. He concluded his hockey playing career in the junior ranks with the Boston Harborwolves (EJHL) in 2003.
With nearly a decade of coaching experience, Tony has coached at every level of the game—from learn-to-play through college hockey. In recent years, he has focused on private and semi-private on-ice skill development while assisting local youth hockey programs. Tony is ecstatic to join the Falcons for their inaugural season, where he is committed to building player confidence, character, and high-level hockey skills in a positive, competitive environment.
