The Jr. Falcons Girls are poised for an exciting and competitive 2026-27 season with their comprehensive lineup of teams and leagues. Led by Girls coaches Steve Tobio, Kristin Ottariano & Ryan Flynn, the organization is committed to providing top-tier opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels.
Fielding full-season teams at the U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 & U19 levels ensures that young players have consistent and structured development throughout the season. Additionally, the Fall National Bound teams have a fall training program tailored for prep school players aged U16-U19, demonstrating a dedication to honing the skills of older athletes who are preparing for higher levels of competition.
Being members of three prestigious leagues—the E9 League, Valley League, and The Collegiate Prospects Combine — the Jr. Flacons not only provide their players with elite competition but also offer them diverse pathways for advancement in their hockey journeys.
Once our girls reach the U16 & U19 level players will have the opportunity to move onto "The National Bound Collegiate Prospects Combine", which is focused on teaching individual skills concepts with a 10 week progressive development model, which has been specifically designed by our renowned coaching staff including Scott Pellerin and Seth Goodrich.
The members the of E9 Girls League are the only girls teams afforded the unique opportunity to also play against co-ed teams in the Valley Hockey League. As a member of the E9 the Jr. Falcons girls program provides training and competition that no other girls program in New England offers, including the ability to compete in the VHL & E9 against boys teams from across Massachusetts.
"Competing against boys’ teams on a weekly basis is a crucial component of our girls’ development. It challenges them to make quicker decisions and play with greater intensity." Macadams said, "The impact of these co-ed games is evident in our Mass and USA rankings, especially when compared to teams that compete exclusively against girls’ squads."
The Valley Hockey is a key component of the Jr. Falcons U10 & U12 training and will give our teams the best weekend competition with little to no travel.
The Jr. Falcons U8 Girls team will compete in the E9 Boys Full Ice Mite Division — the most competitive league opportunity available to a girls-only U8 team in New England.
This opportunity is unmatched. No other girls-only U8 program in the area has access to a full-ice mite league at this level of competition — combined with participation in the TSMHL, providing our players with an unparalleled volume and variety of high-level game play.
